2024 COVID Policy

We want to get the FriendCon COVID policy out to you as soon as possible so you can make an informed decision about attending this year.  We have updated our COVID policy for FriendCon 2024 with the following guidelines:

1. You must show proof of COVID-19 vaccination with the most recent booster no older than September 1, 2022. If you attended FriendCon 2023 and you provided proof of vaccination, you are not required to provide additional proof this year.
2. You must show a negative rapid test at time of entry or provide proof of a negative rapid test immediately before travelling to FriendCon (timestamp will be verified).
3. Masks will be optional this year, but encouraged. Please respect each other and let the admin team know immediately if there are any issues. FriendCon will make every effort to provide rapid tests for attendees.
4. If you test positive for COVID during or in the week after FriendCon, please let the admin team know by filling out our anonymous contact tracing form (link to follow).
5. Please consider staying home if you feel unwell. Attendees who are unable to attend due to COVID will be refunded the price of their badge.

Please note that this policy is subject to change depending on local, state, and broader guidelines, and we will communicate any changes as soon as possible.
